Refund Policy

At Malena Sculpt, every sculpture is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.

All Sales Are Final

Because our artworks are limited editions or one-of-a-kind creations, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, color variation, or size preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your sculpture arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at malenasculpt@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Return Eligibility

Approved returns must be:

    1.    Unused and in their original condition

    2.    Be sent with tracking information provided to us once approved

    3.    Have been reported within 48 hours of delivery to malenasculpt@gmail.com

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process any approved refund through your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Special commissions, and customized sculptures are non-refundable.
