Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your sculpture arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at malenasculpt@gmail.com.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit or sent in error.

Because each sculpture is handcrafted and either a limited edition or one-of-a-kind piece, all sales are final once shipped.
