Processing Time
Each Malena Sculpt piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
Please allow 9 –14 business days for your sculpture to be prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipping.
Every sculpture is made to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and finish.
Processing times may vary slightly but we always aim to ship as soon as possible while maintaining the quality and safety of each piece.
Shipping Costs
All prices on our website include shipping within the United States.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Each shipment is carefully packed and insured this cost is already reflected in the price of the sculpture.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped from our California studio using trusted carriers such as UPS.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
• United States: 9 –14 business days
• Local pickup (by appointment only): Available upon request
At this time, international shipping is not available due to the fragile nature of the sculptures.
Packaging & Fragile Handling
Each sculpture is packaged using professional-grade materials to protect it during transit.
Our packaging process includes multiple layers of cushioning and structural support for maximum safety.
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If your sculpture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at malenasculpt@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and sculpture. We’ll assist you with a replacement or insurance claim.
Delays
Malena Sculpt is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect delivery information.
We’ll do our best to help track delayed shipments and communicate with carriers when needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and individually crafted, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
